松山 しげきShigeki Matsuyama

After working as a freelance illustrator for advertising and products from 1998, he has been active as an artist since 2011. He is known for his "Portrait of dazzle" series: taking face photos of real people posted on social media, he traces only the eyes and paints everything else as an entirely different person. Through striped portraits that recall dazzle camouflage, he questions anonymity and the uncertainty of information online.
